Family owned business, apparent that they care about their clients needs above anything else. My family has home and auto insurance through their agency, they have saved us money, and have been easy to reach when we need to make a change to our policy and are also fast acting. The office ladies that you reach on the phone when you call the office are always friendly and willing to help, which is comforting when dealing with insurance issues.
